A first-generation entrepreneur, Pa Prabhu is the Founder and Managing Director of MGP who oversees the entire operations. From humble beginnings in 2011, Pa Prabhu has presided over the company’s growth to South Chennai’s leading real estate developer with a sales turnover of Rs. 40 crores in FY 2023-2024, a base of 1500+ happy customers, executed more than 600 residential projects and over 5 million sq. ft. delivered.

Abdul brings over 23 years of leadership experience, excelling across diverse industries such as
e-commerce, realty, manufacturing, telecom, and IT/ITES. His expertise lies in leadership, people management, and driving profitability. Throughout his career, Mr. Abdul has successfully overseen executive teams exceeding 8,000 in the telecom industry and more than 1,000 in prominent e-commerce companies. His strategic leadership and operational acumen continue to be instrumental in driving MGP’s growth and success

Saravanan R is a seasoned real estate professional with over 17 years of experience in the industry.
He is a Google-certified expert in AdWords, digital marketing, and analytics, specializing in online marketing and lead generation. Throughout his career at MGP Builders, Saravanan has played a crucial role in driving sales and marketing initiatives, leveraging his extensive knowledge and expertise. As the General Manager of Sales and Marketing, he is committed to delivering exceptional value to clients and leading MGP Builders to new levels of success in the real estate market.

Renukadevi has joined MGP in the year 2017 as a Finance Head. She is a well-qualified Internal Chartered Accountant from ICAI and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from QMGCW. She is having more than 10 years of work experience in the field of Finance Management. Currently she oversees all financial aspects of the company including accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, tax compliance, overlooking fund raises, managing investor relationships, structuring business transactions and GST management. Under her supervision credit access has taken a paradigm shift from single banking to multiple banking relationships. Prior to joining she was working as an Accounts Manager of Chennai’s top Auditing firm.

Nethaji has joined MGP in the year 2014 as a Project Head. He is a highly skilled Engineering Graduate from Anna University having 15 years hands on experience in Project Management. Nethaji oversees the engineering & construction activity for the company and plays a key role in the design review, cost estimation, obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities, project management and construction delivery of all projects. He coordinates all aspects of the project from hiring and scheduling to ordering materials, overseeing of subcontractors and generally keeping all phases of the project running smoothly and according to schedule. He has a resolute interest in realizing the company’s goals and mission. Prior to MGP, he has worked with RHTEIPL.

Krishnamurthy has joined MGP in the year 2011 as a Legal Head. He is a well-accomplished Business Administration Graduate from Madras University. Prior to MGP, he has worked with M/s. Margadarsi finance and chits private limited. He brings with him over 14 years of experience in various roles. His primary contribution to MGP is given by his efficacy in analysing and identifying the legal risks and implications of all of the business’s transaction. He is tasked with the implementation of key legal processes that relate to legal drafting, deed of sale, settlement of agreements. Also, he is very keen to enhance the capability spectrum of MGP and proactively takes measures to ensure the Organization is future-ready in every aspect.
