I have purchased an independent villa from ‘MGP’ with 1300 sq. ft built-up area (in 800 sq. ft land area) costing around 53L. I booked this villa in August’ 2011 with the assurance from Mr. Prabhu Paulraj (MGP) that the project would be completed in February’ 2012 and as per the assurance given, the project was completed on time. During the tenure of the project, I had a smooth experience with Mr. Prabhu for executing all the formalities as part of the villa purchase. Mr. Prabhu is a amicable person, who is always willing to respond to customer’s request and fulfill the same. We would like to maintain this good relationship with ‘MGP’ in the years to come.
